Rewards

Participants in the Tell CdnTire Feedback Survey have the opportunity to win various rewards, referred to as “Prizes.” Those who receive these rewards are known as “Winners.”

Prizes Details:

  • Number of Prizes: There are seven (7) Prizes available during the Contest Period, with one Prize awarded per Entry Period.
  • Prize Value: Each Prize consists of a $1,000 Canadian Tire gift card, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,000 CAD. The total ARV for all Prizes is $7,000 CAD.

Conditions and Notifications:

  1. Prize Value Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize, Winners will not receive any additional compensation.
  2. Prize Acceptance: Winners must accept the Prize as awarded. The Prizes cannot be modified, exchanged, transferred, replaced, or redeemed for cash. Unused portions of the Prize hold no monetary value and will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  3. Prize Responsibility: The Sponsor is not liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced Prizes.

Selection of Winners:

  1. Draw Details:
  2. The draws are conducted at 10:00 a.m. ET on the first Friday of the month following the end of each Entry Period. The draws take place in Toronto, Ontario.
  3. A Winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries using a random number generator (random.org). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.
  4. Winning Requirements:
  5. To be confirmed as a Winner, the selected participant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
  6. Notification Process:
  7. Winners are notified by phone or email by 12:30 p.m. ET on the draw day. The Sponsor will make at least three attempts to contact the selected participant within ten business days of the draw. If the participant does not respond within five business days, they may forfeit the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
  8. Verification:
  9. All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decisions are final, and no participant is considered a winner until their eligibility is confirmed and they have been officially notified.

By following these guidelines and completing the survey, participants have the chance to win valuable rewards while providing valuable feedback to Canadian Tire. The survey helps the company improve its services and customer experience.
